Stuart is a well respected attorney who has practiced in Florida for over 33 years. His practice focuses on estate planning, estate trust administration, family business succession planning, charitable planning, and estate, gift and income tax planning.

Stuart understands that the each client’s needs and family situations are unique. He understands that families can have complex issues and that the attorney needs to listen carefully and be sensitive to the unique family dynamics. He can also help create and implement vehicles for family foundations for philanthropic purposes such as charitable trusts or foundations. Stuart has extensive knowledge in developing unique options to meet a client’s specific circumstances. He is also a Circuit Court Mediator certified by the Florida Supreme Court and uses these skills in his practice to deal with families when discussing wealth transfers.

Stuart has been appointed by the Probate Court to serve as an independent fiduciary in disputed probate, guardianship, and trust matters. Whether serving as a curator, guardian, trustee, or Personal Representative, Stuart fulfills his fiduciary duties in the best interest of the estate in an impartial manner.

Stuart has received an AV Peer Review Rating, the highest level of professional excellence in the Martindale-Hubbell system, and has been made a Super Lawyer by Florida Super Lawyers magazine for the past five years.
